The infused tea leaf's appearance resembles sparrow tongue.With velvety texture, this tea is sweet with hints of bean sprout undertones. Our Yellow Sprout will float and suspend in water during infusion.

Brewing Tip: Pour 75-80 degree Celsius hot water in approx. 150 mL glass or procelain gaiwan. Then add 4 grams of Yellow Sprout. Cover with lid but not too tightly. Steep for 90 seconds. Up to three infusions.
