15-yrs-old Taiwanese Oolong tea that has been stored for 15 years. Each year, the tea is taken out and re-roasted using traditional wood fire to reduce its moisture content. This tea exhibits a smooth, mellow body and smoky flavor, yielding up to 15 or more infusions.
