Puerh Tea Pie, Cooked, High-Mountain
Cooked high-mountain puerh tea pie. Made in year 2002.
This tea is prized by many tea connoisseurs. To infuse this tea, take a small chunk from the compressed tea pie and break it up into small individual pieces. Doing it with your hands is acceptable. Use a clay teapot and boiling water to brew this tea. Fill out the teapot with puerh tea pieces to about 1/5-1/4 full depending on your preference in taste. This amount can give you at least 6 brews. Discard the first brew and drink from the second brew and on. This tea has an earthy undertone.
