We take Taiwanese lightly-baked high mountain tea and scented with fresh osmanthus flowers overnight. The flowers are then carefully picked out and discarded. By this time, the flavor of osmanthus is embedded into the tea leaves. Infuse this tea like any other jade oolong tea. Osmanthus add a distinctive peachy taste to the tea.
