MAO FENG TEA
Grown on steep mountains of northern Anhui Province, this tea is picked during 2009 Qingming and noted by its young and tender buds. This tea is refreshing light, delicious and highly aromatic. Seaweed and edamame undertones with light greenish yellow tea liquor. Very high grade green tea.

Brewing Tip: Pour 75-80°C hot water in approx. 150 mL glass or procelain gaiwan. Then add 3 grams of Mao Feng. Cover with lid but not too tightly. Steep for 70 seconds.
