LI SUN OOLONG
Excellent oolong tea from Taiwan. Grown on high elevation (2000 meters) on the peaks of Li Sun Mountain, this tea is flavorful and gives long-lasting sweetness. Candied, syrupy nectar-like sweetness combined with hints of orchid floral scents. Medium-baked oolong.

BREWING TIP: Longer steeping gives this tea a more floral scent. Take about 4 grams of tea and add 150cc. of 85°C hot water. Steep for one minute. Up to 6 infusions.
