2010 ALISHAN OOLONG (LIGHTLY-FIRED)
Our newest 2010 spring Ali Shan Oolong is a high-mountain tea, or gan shan cha, because it is grown at an elevation of at least 1000 meters high on the secluded mountain. The features of Ali Shan Oolong are their strong floral aroma combined with sweet-smelling sugary scent upon infusion. The best way to enjoy the aroma is to use the scent cup. For this type of lightly roasted Ali Shan Oolong, we suggest steeping with water temperature of 90°CC. With hints of floral notes.
